Easy Authenticator — Terms of Use

Use of the app

Easy Authenticator provides local TOTP generation and optional sign-in with password-encrypted cloud backup and restore across Android and Windows. You are responsible for securing your device, recovery codes, and exported backups.

Cloud backup and cross-device restore

Cloud functionality is optional and requires a network connection, a cloud account, and the separate vault master password. Restoring merges accounts into the device without intentionally deleting local accounts. Cloud backups are not a substitute for independent account recovery methods. Automatic backup, continuous synchronization and recovery-code features may be unavailable until released and verified.

Availability

Device changes, clock inaccuracies, lost secrets, or unsupported authentication formats may prevent account access. Maintain alternative recovery methods and test backups before relying on them.

No guarantee

The app is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or compatibility with every service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
